RETURNS & REFUNDS
Frankly Eco is only able to accept returns, for refund or exchange, on products that are deemed as faulty or damaged, or on incorrect or incomplete orders.
If any of your products have arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Frankly Eco directly via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. We may require corresponding photographs to properly assess your product. If it is declared faulty we will provide a replacement product as soon as possible.
We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds simply for a change of mind. Our friendly team is always available to assist you in selecting the right products for you. Simply email us at email@example.com with your product specific enquiry.
