If you wish to make a purchase through our online store, you will be asked to share further pieces of personal information with us. This will include your full name, postal address, contact details (e-mail/phone number) and payment information.

USE AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

All personal information, excluding payment details, will be stored on our confidential database. Information will only ever be accessed when it becomes necessary to us in order to fulfil a business or customer service obligation to you such as delivery of an order or customer inquiry.

The only people with access to your information are authorised employees of Frankly Eco. Information is treated as highly confidential by anyone who has access to it. We will never share your information with any third party, including for the purposes of marketing (with the exception of wholesale account holders- please see below).

Any information no longer required, or which you have asked us to remove, will be permanently deleted or otherwise destroyed.

By subscribing to our e-newsletter ('E-NEWS) we will use your subscribed e-mail address to keep you up to date with Frankly Eco products, promotions, sales, giveaways and more.

You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe function at the base of our email/s or by emailing us at info@franklyeco.com. You are and will always be welcome to re-join us.

First time subscribers will be eligible to a 10% discount using the unique code displayed in the thank you message. It is the subscribers responsibility to code this code for use. This is discount code can only be used once per subscribed email.

 

 

 

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

In accordance with the GDPR, customers (you) may request a copy your data collected and stored on our site. Our website systems enable us to provide this information to you via email. You are always welcome to view or modify any personal details we store in our database. If you wish to obtain a record of exactly what we keep, or edit your contact details, simply contact us via info@franklyeco.com. 

Frankly Eco will never allow any third party to access your information for the purposes of editing it.

Frankly Eco will not be responsible for any loss, damage or otherwise, that may stem directly from the sharing of personal information with us over social media.

Frankly Eco may use Social Media to capture personal information via tools such as Facebook Lead Forms. By clicking Submit, you agree to send your information to Frankly Eco. This information will be used to add you to our Subscriber database of which you can unsubscribe at any time. All personal information captured will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Facebook will also use it subject to their Data Policy, including to auto-fill forms for ads.

 

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT HOLDERS

If you hold a wholesale account with Frankly Eco, we will make your business name, website address/retail location and contact details available to our customers via our website. You can advise us
